Length of Stay & Arrival Information
The main changeover day at Gökçe Gemile Private Bay is Saturday. However, arrivals and departures
are accepted on any day of the week, allowing flexibility in travel planning.
- For stays of 1 to 6 nights, a minimum charge equivalent to a 7-night stay applies.
- For stays shorter or longer than 7 nights, pricing is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 7
and multiplying by the total number of nights stayed.
- If a stay spans multiple seasonal rate periods, the initial 7-night rate is calculated based on
the departure date, with any additional nights charged at the applicable nightly rate.
Availability & Booking
When you contact us, you will be assisted by a dedicated member of our team with full knowledge of
the estate, villas, and services. This personal guidance ensures accurate availability, clear
information, and recommendations tailored to your preferences.

Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit of the accommodation cost, together with the full cost of any arranged
transfers, is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- The 50% deposit is calculated according to the villa rates listed above.
